The Knights secured a commanding 3-1 victory against the Barclay College Bears at the Hockett Auditorium in Haviland, KS, on Sept. 21
st. The Knights improved their record with this win, displaying a strong offensive performance led by
Timry Goodman,
Lizzie Deaton, and
Annaliese Barnes. The Bears, despite a valiant effort, struggled to keep pace in key moments of the match.

Spurgeon opened the match with dominance, quickly establishing control and taking the first set 25-15. The second set was a hard-fought battle, with the Bears rallying to claim a narrow victory at 28-26. The Knights responded decisively in the third set, dominating once more with a score of 25-15. Though the Bears fought valiantly, Spurgeon secured the final game with a 25-20 win, finishing strong to close out the competition.
