KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Following a historic 2024-2025 season, the men's basketball team is preparing for the 2025-26 season with much anticipation.
Coach Livezey expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We have a lot of unfinished business from last season that I know each of my returners are chomping at the bit to rewrite for this 2025-2026 season. It's exciting because I know our new guys share the same excitement and enthusiasm to come in here and pick up where we left off. This is the toughest schedule that any team has ever had since I've coached here. This years schedule will push this team to be at their best come March. We come right out of the gate with some tough opponents early on in the first semester. We will be tested right off the bat. I'm excited to see how this year's schedule stretches us to fulfill some of the goals that our upperclassman have been talking about since they got here 3-4 years ago. I'm ready to stand in the gap with these men. Can't wait!
